We are hoping to do it again in Tacoma, so check back, there will be some special give aways!

Also, we are working on a dance-a-thon, so if your interested, contact us and we will keep you informed on all of the details!

S.C.H.O.O.L.
S.C.H.O.O.L.  stands for Second Chance Helping Overcome Obstacles in life.  We are a nonprofit organization aimed at helping homeless families in Washington State get off the street and on their way to becoming self sufficient. We aim to end the cycle of homelessness by dealing with the beginning of the cycle; homeless families.

Homeless families are among the fastest growing population in the homeless community.  A person that starts their life on the streets is almost doomed to repeat the cycle of homelessness for their entire lives.  Homeless children suffer from learning disabilities and mental illnesses twice as often as children with homes.  When these disabilities and illnesses are not treated, it can lead to a cycle of hardships making it very difficult to not only obtain a job, but to keep one as well.  It is the belief of S.C.H.O.O.L.  that helping families that want to help themselves will in turn give children a chance to lead healthy and prosperous lives, thus lessening the numbers of the chornic homeless community.

We also believe that when given the proper resources and a fair chance, anyone who has the drive to succeed will; and we aim to facilitate that rehabilitation in anyway possible.
